1. Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you supply. Undisclosed conditions may require revised pricing agreed with you before work continues.
2. Scope & exclusions
Heavy debris removal, heavy appliance or furniture moving, and exterior high-access work are separate unless explicitly included.
3. Site requirements
Running water and electricity, and safe access to the property, must be available for us to work effectively.
4. Results
Results depend on the condition of materials. Permanent stains or damage may not be removable. We will not use methods that risk damaging surfaces.
5. Delicate materials
You must disclose delicate or specialist materials so we can treat them appropriately.
6. Deposit & cancellation
Some bookings require a deposit. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote.
7. Payment
Remaining payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Photo permission
We will only publish photos of your property with your consent.
9. Concerns & return visits
We perform a final quality inspection and ask you to report any scope-related concern promptly so we can assess and address it fairly.
10. VAT
VAT is applied in line with our current registration status and clearly stated on your quote.
