Information we collect
We collect the details you provide through our quote and contact forms (name, phone, email, property information) and any photos or videos you upload for assessment.
How we use it
We use your information solely to prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, and communicate with you about your request.
Media & photos
Project photos are only used publicly (e.g. in our gallery) with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with team members involved in delivering your service, and with the service providers listed below.
Third-party processors
To operate the site and deliver our service we use a small number of trusted processors: cloud hosting and database infrastructure (to store your account and request data), an email delivery provider (to send quotes, invoices and notifications), Google (for optional sign-in), and WhatsApp Business (when you choose to contact us there). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function.
Data retention
We keep quote, booking and invoice records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations under Israeli law (generally up to seven years for financial records). Assessment photos and unsuccessful enquiries are removed on request or once no longer needed.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site working. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage. We do not use cookies to sell your data.
Your rights
In line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain uses, by contacting us using the details in the footer.
